The European Citizens’ Initiative “Fur Free Europe” calls for a ban on fur farming and the sale of fur products across the European Union. Supported by more than 80 NGOs, the Fur Free Europe initiative is the most successful ECI on animal welfare in history. In just 10 months, it collected over 1.5 million verified signatures, concluding its campaign two months ahead of schedule.

The Fur Free Alliance is an international coalition of animal protection organisations working to end the exploitation and killing of animals for fur.
